Welcome to Online Carding Registration

Registering online is easy and quick!
Just follow these simple steps:

1. New members will need to create an account and members from last year will need to log into your member account by clicking on register now below.

2. Choose the appropriate age group for the team to which your player has been accepted. Complete the 2019-20 player registration. PLEASE NOTE that you will not receive team communication unless you complete this step. After you fill out the player forms and click Next, you'll be asked if you want to add more players or to finish registration.

3. Upload a new photo on the member account home page. Ohio South requires that player cards have a current photo each year. Instructions for photos are listed below.

4. TO COMPLETE CARDING REGISTRATION FINISH OUT THROUGH THE PAYMENT SCREEN.

Note: If you don't finish this step your player's carding registration will not be saved. You will have to start that process over again. Players can not be added to a team without completing carding registration. You can double check by going to your main account and click, on My Registrations on the left-hand side of the screen.

Tips to upload a photo

IMPORTANT- Your child's photo must resemble the one below. It should be similar to a drivers license photo.

From your OSYSA home page, you can upload by clicking on the up arrow icon and you can remove by clicking on the trash can. Pictures have to be a CLEAR AND VISIBLE, COLOR HEADSHOT ONLY. Do not include things in the photo such as animals, other people, or objects. Players must be fully clothed (No shirtless pictures). Faces should be free of sunglasses or hats as well. Resizing your picture before you upload may be necessary. Recommended size is 300x400 pixels. We may have taken pictures at tryouts, but those are not going to be uploaded into the system for you. We have over 1000 kids in Club Ohio, and a limited time to get carding processed.

High Point SC only hires professional coaches. Coach Registration is for those appointed coaches only. If a parent wishes to apply please contact us at highpointsc@gmail.com. Team Manager registration is for parents who are helping at practices and games. Team Parents are added through the Team Connect system and do not need to register here.
